Welcome to Shepton Mallet United Charities
The Trustees of Shepton Mallet United Charities are pleased to report that at the end of an exceptionally busy year, our Board is up to full strength with 12 Trustees, who between them have a remarkable range of skills and experience. We are aware that lots of people have many calls on their time nowadays and we know that we are very fortunate to have such loyalty and enthusiasm to support us.
Of course, the work of the charity is all about the residents: many of them have been with us for a long time and we value the warm relationships we have been able to build with them.
It’s been a challenging year in many ways and our plans for the future have been put on hold for the time being but we hope to be in a position to move forward soon. In a way this is no bad thing as the economy remains hard to predict, but we look forward to being able to post some exciting news here before too much longer.
