Never Forget

Next Monday, August 4th, will be the commemoration of the start of the Great War a hundred years ago.

In Shepton Mallet, many different groups have contributed considerable time and energy to make ‘Never Forget’, our local event, a fitting tribute to those in the town and surrounding villages who gave their lives, were wounded or put themselves in harm’s way on behalf of their family and community.
